Grab a coffee with me.

Fifteen minutes, just you and me. You tell me what you're after, I ask how things run today, and you leave with my first read on it.

How the call goes.

When you book, you'll fill in a short brief. I read it and look at your site before we talk, so we can skip the introductions.

  1. You tell me what you're after.Usually it's something specific, like automating a survey to segment your list or increasing revenue through sales sequences. That's a good place to start.
  2. I ask how things run today.Your numbers, your tools, and the path someone takes from signing up to buying. If it's easier to show me, share your screen.
  3. I give you my first read. One or two things I'd look at first, and sometimes something I'd skip. That's yours to keep whether we work together or not.

How it ends.

Nobody has to decide anything on the call.

If I can help

I'll tell you what working together would look like, and who would do what.

If I'm not the right fit

I'll point you to someone who is. You still keep the first read.

Either way, you'll get an email from me within a day with what I'd do, a couple of ways we could do it, the timing and a ballpark.

What clients have said

  • Over 2 years working with Jason, and as a result of smart automation and engaging our subscribers, we've grown the business, hitting goals and launching into a brand new membership program.
Ashley Koff, RDThe Better Nutrition Program
  • Jason helped me organize both of my email lists. One for Copyblogger and one for TimStodz.com. My automations are flawless, my list automatically unsubscribes cold subscribers, and my sales went up. Jason is the best in the business.
    Tim StoddartCopyblogger Media
  • Cause I trusted you and wanted it “Done Right.” There's an opportunity cost to hire anyone except the best and you're the best person to help with Email strategy and Kit that I know.

More from clients

What people usually ask me.

Is it you, or a team?
It's me. I'm on the call, and I'm the person you'd work with.
Do you do the work, or advise?
Either, or both. Some clients want me to build it and hand it back working. Others want someone to set the direction while their own team builds. We'll work out which fits on the call.
Do you write the emails?
Depends on what is needed. Sometimes I can share direction and tweaks you should make. Other times I jump in and write them. We can discuss what it looks like for you.
Do you run ads or build websites?
No. I work alongside whoever does, on everything between the click and the sale.
What does it cost?
Fixed projects start at $15K, and ongoing work is priced once I know what's involved. I price on return, and the target is ten times your fee back.
What if I need less than that?
Then I'll tell you. Sometimes the right answer is a small change your team can make without me.

Pick a time.
